the hotel located near amenities. staff were pleasant. the food in restaurant was great and was pretty good. every one was caring to those who wanted help.
the room were very hot. i went to reception for a fan but had to leave 20 pound deposit. i was told a hair dryer would be in draw but there wasn't one. i had to leave 10 pound deposit.

convenient locationquick checkheating issue
the hotel located near the train station was a convenient ten minute walk. upon arrival, i left my luggage, and the check in was quick. my room was okay after i settled in. reception did say they turn music off around midnight.
the heating did not work on arrival, a problem the receptionist acknowledged with other guests. i stayed over a cold, wet weekend. i noted many heating complaints on trip advisor so far. the hotel has not resolved the issue.

the reception staff was helpful and cheerful. the bar staff offered amazing value. staff was professional, and nothing was too much for them. staff was friendly, helpful and polite.

the rooms were warm and comfy. rooms was very clean, and the staff helped to keep it clean. the room included tea and coffee facilities. the hotel replaced tea and coffee facilities when needed.
